Appropriate legal actions will be taken in response to any claims related to these issues, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable local laws.

Trademarks, Copyrights, and Brand Owners:
Souq ProCare respects intellectual property rights. Any display, sale, or use of goods or products with unlicensed, counterfeit, or infringing trademarks or copyrights is strictly prohibited under the platform's terms and policies. If you suspect any product or listing on Souq ProCare infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide the following information to initiate immediate action by our legal department:

1. Personal or electronic signature of the authorized person acting on behalf of the rights owner.
2. Description of the product or listing claimed to be infringed.
3. Link and description indicating the location of the infringing product on the platform.
4. Link and description allowing us to view the original and legitimate uses of the infringing materials.
5. Your address, phone number, and email.
6. A statement from you, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the use of the product is not licensed by the rights owner, agent, or the law.
7. A statement from you, under penalty of perjury, that the above information provided is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Souq ProCare Sellers:
Customers trust that they can always make purchases on Souq ProCare with confidence. Products listed on the platform must be genuine and should not include any copyrights or trademarks without the consent of the original rights owner. Selling counterfeit products, including unlawfully duplicated items, is strictly prohibited.

If any infringing or counterfeit products are discovered or listed on Souq ProCare, they will be removed, and the seller may face temporary suspension from selling on the platform. Funds may be held, and penalties may be pursued by Souq ProCare and the legal rights owner of the product.

We do not enforce:
Ownership restrictions and content imagery: Once a product is created in Souq ProCare catalog, it remains in the catalog even if the product is sold out. It's also important to note that when you submit content to Souq ProCare catalog, even if you are the original copyright owner of the content and images, you grant Souq ProCare and its subsidiaries the non-exclusive right to exercise all advertising rights on the product, worldwide and irrevocably.

Souq ProCare sellers can list their offers on products in the catalog you created or add copyrighted images and texts as long as there is an exact match. If you believe that the products listed by sellers are not a perfect match to the product in the catalog, please report it to [email protected].

If any intellectual property content is added to the catalog without your consent, please follow the instructions of the trademark, copyright, and brand owners to report the content.
